An award-winning restaurant, FIRE at W Bali – Seminyak unveils the elevated Sunday brunch ritual, where the myths and fairytales are craftily combined with rich flavours of the exotic island’s locally sourced ingredients. This exceptional brunch will roll out starting Sunday, 7 May 2023 from 12 PM to 3:30 PM, where the programme will regularly occur every first Sunday of each month.

Set to bring the discerning palates of diners to an elevated take on the Balinese culture with a story of Kecak dance, the first edition of Ember by Fire will highlight contemporary touch on the authentic flavours of the Balinese spices that collide with the freshly-caught seafood, high-quality meat and all sizzled using coconut husk to create the aromatic flavours.

The menu is designed in a sequence that will take guests on a step-by-step culinary journey to elevate guests’ dining experience through discovering plenty of top-notch mouthwatering dishes.

This new brunch ritual serves a la carte-style dishes with cocktail and wine pairing available. The menu comprises several sections including freshly baked bakery as a starter, and then warming up with salmon carpaccio, kaffir lime curing local tuna, and foie gras. Tickle the taste buds with the grilled offerings presenting fresh lobster, octopus, and calamari with fresh condiments including salsa verde, lemon garlic butter and chimichurri.

Additionally, the signature Tomahawk and spicy chorizo sausage will delight your palate and all are grilled by the guests’ tables to witness the process of the old cooking method. Indulge in a selection of Artisan cheese with condiments and wrap up your culinary journey with a variety of rolling sweets to cleanse the palate.

The package is priced at IDR 950,000++ for the food and non-alcohol package, IDR 1,450,000++ for the cocktails play package, and IDR 2,400,000++ for the premium wine and champagne package.
